MEET HOLLIANA, YOUR PERSONAL TRAINER
I'm Holliana, an ISSA-certified trainer dedicated to helping you find your fitness niche. My drive comes from my own transformative journey, which began in May 2023 following a NASH diagnosis, alongside managing fibromyalgia and hypermobility. This personal experience has equipped me with a deep understanding of the commitment required to maintain a consistent path. My goal is simple: to provide the accountability, discipline, and support needed to help you achieve your goals, whether you are beginning your fitness journey or returning after a setback. I am committed to continuous learning and aim to master a new fitness skill every year.

I began my fitness journey in June 2025 after a doctor’s appointment revealed that I had high blood pressure and my doctor expressed concerns about my weight. A month later, I joined a local gym. I walked into the gym not having a clue what I was doing and even bought weights for home, thinking that following an Instagram influencer and my gym app would be enough to reach a healthy weight and achieve the results I wanted.
Two months into my journey, I realized I needed help if I was going to train properly, so I reached out to my longtime friend Holly. After discussing my health issues, fitness goals, abilities, and fears, Holly immediately began creating a plan that aligned directly with my goals. After only a month of training with her, I began seeing results.
Holly not only called me each week to discuss my progress and set new goals, but she also went above and beyond by working out with me at my gym each week. She dedicated the time to teach me each exercise, ensure I was comfortable, and help me learn about nutrition and fitness in general. Holly pushed me and never gave up on me, even when I wanted to quit. She built challenging plans while modifying them as needed.
I cannot say enough about how thankful I am for all the time, patience, and dedication Holly has put into training me. I would recommend her to anyone looking not only for a coach but also for a friend and a highly personalized experience tailored to deliver real results.
I started my journey at 176.1 lbs, and after only four and a half months of consistent training, I am down to 149.7 lbs as of December 21st, 2025. I am proud to call Holly my coach and my best friend.
